Community Response

After the City made public the proposed deal and "fast-track" environmental review, hundreds of Emeryville residents got involved in the approvals process.  At the core of neighborhood concern was that Pixar was asking for a lot from the City, but the proposed deal would not give back enough to residents.  Although no-one opposed Pixar's expansion in Emeryville, many thought the City should require more community benefits in the proposed deal with the company.  Find out more about the following by clicking below:
